Customer had rats come in due to open siding! Rats can smell whatever you're cooking and try to use this area of the home to try to find a way into your home!

Customer Just had moved into the home and noticed his existing concrete jacks were out of compliance! Notice Hyper extended concrete pier (no good incase of earth quakes!) with concrete paver as an added touch! (not enough surface area to prevent sinking of pier hence causing constant tightening of pier causing over extension!)
